Need for the Conference
When, through synchronization of efforts and resources, more and more organizations are spreading the collective message, the message reaches a wider audience.
Though there are areas, such as in the design and implementation of health programs like HIV/AIDS and anti-malaria response in which the process of NGO-NGO partnership is developing well, NGOs, especially in the developing world, have often had a difficult, even strained, relationship with each other.
Experiential reality, however, continue to powerfully demonstrate the power of networking.
